Sunday School

Sunday School Is For Everyone!

Yes, please send your children to Sunday School.  They learn great Bible stories, sing wonderful children's Christian songs and meet with their Church family.

But Sunday School is also for adults.  The Presbyterian Church in Leonia has two adult classes every Sunday morning.  The first meets at 9:30 a.m. and focuses on reading and discussing scripture.  They are currently studying the Book of Mark.   Philip Wilson and Olivia Taylor lead the class.

The other adult Sunday School class is an ESL Bible study held after worship each Sunday.  The class is designed for those who speak English as a foreign language.   They discuss vocabulary as well as the meaning of the passages.    They are reading through the Book of Acts.  The Reverend Debra Given and others lead the class.  A light lunch is also served.

Class age groups currently are:

Kindergarten & 1st Grade

2nd through 5th Grades
